The ICAY 2025 edition will be held in Paris, France
Fees
- Conferences, round table, visits: Free access on inscription
- Accommodation in a youth hostel in the heart of Paris (5 nights, breakfast included): €265
- Meal package: lunches of the July 15, 16 & 18 and solidarity participation to the July 17 Gala: €50
Payment Methods
We only supports bank transfers for payments related to accommodations and meal packages.
After submitting your registration, our team will review your application. Once your status is approved, you will receive an invoice by email with the necessary bank details for the transfer.
Your registration will only be confirmed once the payment is received.

How to participate?
Registration for the 2025 edition is now open!
Attending ICAY 2025 conferences and round tables is completely free. If you’d like to join us, simply fill out the registration form. Be sure to indicate your accommodation preferences, meal options, and any mobility needs so we can assist you as best as possible.
We strive to make ICAY accessible to everyone. To help overcome social and geographical barriers, we can propose rooms in youth hostel in Paris (5 nights, including breakfast) for €265.
For those unable to attend in person, the entire ICAY event will be streamed live on our media channels.
